additional updates, amazing captain rainbow translation now available! - 06/08/2025

hello, nicky here, figured id change the layout again since it was getting a bit bland, and update some of the pages!

ive also been working on new translation projects, and one thing ive been working on with someone else has been completed and is now available on mangadex to read!

with credits to nuclear blue (jamie) for his impressive translation work to help make a version of this for english audiences to enjoy, rui nakagawa's doujin manga of the 2008 japan-exclusive game captain rainbow has been translated!

im happy to have helped on this, and you can check it out here if you want to read it.

i am also trying to finish up my candy pop nightmare translation, and i do wanna say that i indeed have plans to translate some of hikawa hekiru's other works, such as pandora channel and hanaori-san. im honestly surprised (and a bit bummed) there hasn't been a translation for these yet, so i'm taking it to my account to make sure these have the english scanlations they need.

last thing is a bit of a quiet teaser, but i am currently working on a translation for a skip game that has forever went through translation hell and might finally be getting its chance, stay tuned for more information!

overall it is good to keep everything updated, and i hope i can get these projects done and out of the way so i can do more contributions to society.

welcome to my refurbished site! - 04/13/2025

hello, welcome to my old neocities that i made brand new again!

now, this has been on my mind for a while, as ive been getting more nifty with coding lately and ive recently installed vscodium, so ive been doing alot with it.

i have used many website builders before for simplicity, like a carrd or straw.page, but honestly it doesn't give me the same feeling as coding a fresh site, to make it your own. SOOO, i redid an old neocities i had laying that had my name on it!

originally, it was a scene-kid infested mess, and was coated in glitter. i know i do like that stuff, but i realized theres a million other sites like this. i wanted to make it feel refreshing and unique while not making it too boring.

and so, we now have the 2025 version of this site, completely redone and with a new aesthetic, being inspired by myrient mainly and maybe some other minimalist sites. (not TOO minimalist however.. corpo memphis is a bitch, im just going for the looks of like, catpuccin mocha and linux terminals.. techy cool stuff, basically.)

i dunno, im just happy to have an entire site rebuilt. i also hope to do this with my other sites aswell. thank you for reading :)
